Melbourne: People in Australia are in awe of beer, beaches and barbecues, but they love their freedom most of all.
 
A survey received more than 15,000 responses when asked to name the three things that made it great to be an Aussie.
 
Barbecues, meat and mates all got significant support, but freedom topped the list.
 
The second most popular response turns out to be beer, News.com.au reported.
 
Rounding off the top 10 were lifestyle, sun, mateship, beaches, weather the people (being an) Aussie, and barbecues. (ANI)
