London: George Michael’s boyfriend Fadi Fawaz has said that the singer, who is admitted into a hospital in Vienna due to pneumonia, is now out of danger.
The Australian hair stylist said that the former Wham! member was “much better” since he has been in intensive care after he cancelled his European tour due to the illness.
“He is improving every day,” the Daily Express quoted Fawaz as saying.
“There is nothing to be concerned about. He is doing fine,” he added.
The 48-year-old singer is strapped to a 500,000-pound tilting bed to help with his breathing.
Other friends said that he was in “terrible pain”.
A lack of oxygen caused by infection has reportedly been affecting his heart. (ANI)
