New Delhi: ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ swept away most of the popular titles at the 57th Idea Filmfare awards held in Mumbai on January 29.

Zoya Akhtar was named best director for the movie, which also scooped the best film award.

Vidya Balan and Ranbir Kapoor won the best actor and best actress awards for their respective performances in ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Rockstar’.

‘Rockstar’ also got A R Rahman the award for the best music director. He was honoured with the 2500th diamond-studded Filmfare lady.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor came together for the first time as co- hosts for show.

The evening also saw dazzling performances by Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza. (ANI)
