Remove the skin of tapioca and cut in to pieces.

In a medium heat pan add a tsp of oil and saute chopped onion and green chilly till soft.

Now dip the patties in egg and then coat with bread crumbs and fry it in a pan with little oil.Turn and fry both sides and along the sides.Option: You can deep fry if you prefer.

Options:

You can powder crackers and use it instead of bread crumbs.

You can also use diluted maida/all purpose flour instead of egg.
