Whom to Blame?

Most of us do hit the road one way or the other, Every day people will be going to office, schools, colleges, hospital's, to meet or schedule an appointments.

Especially in Bangalore, once termed as "Garden City", "Silicon City","Neon City" now it's "Automobile City". Where ever you see Vehicles, Bicycles,Motor Cycles, Scooters,Varieties of Cars, Buses, Office Vans. The introduction of Auto Loans from Many Private and Public Banks led people to buy at least Scooter or Small Car.

The point I am coming to is, wheter the Public transportation is bad? or Can we all use Public transport in better way? Or Why Many of us opting for Private or own Vehicles?  If I change myself first then?...
